Scheduling and Appointment Policies

 

Scheduling Your Appointment:

We are available from 10am to 6pm, Tuesday through Friday, and 10am to 5pm on Saturday, to schedule your appointment.  If you have tried to contact us during our available hours, either at our establishment or by phone, and have been unsuccessful, we may be helping another client, or participating in an off-location event.  You may leave us your contact information including your first and last name, your telephone number, and the type of appointment you are trying to schedule, and we will return your call as soon as possible. You may also use our online scheduler to make an appointment request.

 

Online Booking:

Our convenient online scheduler allows you to check availibility from 48 hours up to 6 weeks, and to submit an appointment request.  Once your appointment request has been made, please allow up 24 hours for confirmation via email to be sent.  Please note that a request will not confirm an appointment, and that not all requested appointment times may not be accepted.  Your appointment request will be confirmed or denied via email.  We may call for additional details on your appointment, or to offer scheduling options if your requested appointment time is not available.

 

Arrival:

Your appointment includes the full scheduled session time, and a 5-10 minute complimentary consultation before the start of each service.  In order to gaurantee you receive your full session time, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in, fill out any required paperwork, and to consult with your Massage Therapist. Arriving later than 15 minutes before your appointment may result in consultion running into session time. 

 

Late Arrivals:

We understand that unanticipated events can occur, unfortunately we cannot always provide late arrivals with an extension of their session time. If a late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened or modified in order to stay on schedule, and the original treatment time will be charged.  In special cases we may be able to accomodate the full session time, this will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.  

 

Cancellations:

Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us enough time to offer the appointment slot to another client. All appointments cancelled under 24 hours, or on the same day, will be considered a Late Cancellation.  Clients who have Late Cancelled multiple times may be asked to secure all future appointments with a valid credit card. 

Late Cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service scheduled.

 

No Shows:

If you have not arrived after five miutes from the start of your appointment time, we will give you a courtesy call to confirm your location and assist in directions to our facitility.  If we are unable to connect with you we will leave a message confirming the appointment details.  If you have not contacted us or arrived to your appointment after 15 minutes, you will be considered a No Show and your appointment will be Late Cancelled. All No Shows may be required to secure all future appoinments with a valid credit card. 

No Shows may be charged up to the full price of the service, and any gift certifacates, prepaid services, or vouchers will be considered forfitted or redeemed.

 

Purchasing and Refund Policies

 

Refunds and Returns:

All sales, purchased in-house or on our online store, are final.

We do not issue refunds on products or services. 

 

Gift Certificates and Prepaid Services:

Gift Certificates are simple and convieniet to purchase, and are avaiable at our location and online store. Gift Certificates purchased at a value (specific dollar amount) never expire, and can be used towards any of our products and services.  Gift Certificates that are purchased for a specific service or package are valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise. The value of the Gift Certificate (amount spent at purchase) never expires, and can be applied towards products and services.  Gift Certificates bought for a specific service can also be applied as value and used for a different service, or used to purchase products. All gift Certificates are transferrable from one client to another. 

 

Membership Services:
