Heather Hendricks LMT
Co-Founder | Neurological Movement Specialist | Restorative Therapist
Heather Hendricks began her journey in massage therapy in 2004, just two days after her High School graduation. With a passion for understanding the body’s mechanics and a deep commitment to helping people restore balance and function, she has spent nearly two decades refining her expertise and expanding her skill set far beyond traditional massage.

Today, Heather specializes as a Neurological Movement Specialist, integrating advanced therapeutic techniques that address pain and dysfunction at the root. She is certified in NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) Level 3, PhysioKinetix Level 1, and is a Master Myoskeletal Therapist (MMT)—a designation awarded to elite practitioners in postural and pain-relief therapy. She is also a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner, TMJ Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Certified Personal Trainer.

Heather blends her extensive training to create truly transformative sessions, using a holistic and science-informed approach that supports nervous system regulation, improved biomechanics, and long-term pain resolution. Whether she’s addressing chronic pain patterns, guiding clients through movement re-education, or helping them reconnect with their body through fascial work, Heather’s work is grounded in anatomical precision and a deep compassion for the healing process.
As a co-founder of Blue Monarch Advanced Bodywork, Heather is dedicated to elevating the massage therapy profession through mentorship, continuing education, and the development of innovative techniques. She is not only a skilled practitioner but also a passionate educator, actively teaching and inspiring the next generation of therapists to deliver care that is both intuitive and evidence-based.
