Therapeutic Massage

Focused soft tissue therapy for specific areas of discomfort, pain, and tension.

This session allows for focus on one or two specific areas of pain or tension.

Intro Session | $160

 
The Intro Restorative session is designed to assess your goals and areas of dysfunction and to develop a treatment plan for therapy. This session includes consultation and health history, orthopedic and movement assessments, treatment, and a home therapy plan.
Required for your first appointment, or if it has been 12 months or longer since your last restorative session.

Follow Up Sessions
30 Minutes | $60
Enough time to retest and reinforce the treatment from the last session.

60 Minutes | $110
Includes follow-up of progress from the previous session and assessment and treatment of the next layer of dysfunction. 

90 Minutes | $160
90-minute sessions include follow-up, treatment, and integration of holistic movement or manual therapy techniques.
