Restorative Bodywork with Terri
Terri’s Restorative Bodywork addresses chronic pain with assessment-driven, integrative care to improve alignment, reduce nervous system irritation, and restore healthy tissue function. Through Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy, Terri focuses on posture and musculoskeletal balance, using targeted muscle testing to identify and address compensation patterns. Microcurrent support with Dolphin Neurostim, including MPS Pain Therapy and MPS Scar Tissue Therapy, helps modulate pain signaling and improve tissue response. Each session is tailored to your needs and health history, resulting in measurable improvements, reduced pain, and greater ease of movement.

Restorative Bodywork with Heather
Heather’s Restorative sessions use a neuro-integrated approach to address pain and dysfunction by targeting the underlying movement patterns—not just symptoms. Each session begins with a thorough assessment of how your body is compensating, stabilizing, and protecting itself, and then identifies exactly where muscles are overactive while others remain underactive.
The treatment integrates manual therapy techniques to decrease protective muscle holding and restore tissue mobility with precise neuromuscular testing to identify dysfunctional recruitment patterns. Targeted therapeutic movements and neuro-based exercises then retrain stability, timing, and control—ensuring your body maintains the change long after you leave the table.
